Olives

 

THE ORIGINAL FLAVOR-

Chef Alessandra Innamorato has lovingly smoked these local, naturally salt cured, Greek and Sicilian olives over apple wood and finished them with a touch of hickory.  They are packed in extra virgin olive oil, but don’t toss it out!!  Use it in your marinades, dressings, dips, or on your fish, chicken, or steak of choice.

THE SPICY PICKLED GARLIC SMOKED OLIVE-

Chef Alessandra Innamorato has lovingly smoked these local, naturally salt cured, Greek and Sicilian olives over apple wood and finished them with a touch of hickory.  She then pickles them with fresh garlic, a secret herb and vinegar blend, lemon, white wine, and chili de arbol for a kick.

These tasty treats are addictive!  They are the perfect gift for any foodie or make the perfect little bit at any bar or restaurant.  They are available for both personal consumption and wholesale for retailers and food service establishments.  They are packed in either 8oz jars and sold by the case of 12 or in 4lb vacuum sealed packs.  These tasty treats may be ordered directly through Chef Alessandra by emailing her at orgasmodelaboca@gmail.com for wholesale or through Etsy for personal consumption and gifts.

    These are the most amazing olives! A wine tasting place nearby started offering them, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I always put them out at dinner parties, and even people who think they don’t like olives adore them!

      Thank you Shanti. I take it you are referring to Wine Expo? I get a lot of people who do not like olives that will eat these. My past assistant doesn’t eat any olives except these.
